Trip Guard Lite Promotion

Terms and Conditions:

  1. This promotion (the “Promotion”) is organised by Bintan Resort Ferries PL (BRF) and is only open to Singapore residents.
  2. The Promotion period is from 15 July to 31 July 2024, both dates inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. To participate in the Promotion, you must purchase a Trip Guard Lite Policy  via https://www.aig.sg/tripguard during the Promotion Period.
  4. First 25 policies signed up during promotion period will qualify for redemption of the gift.
  5. The Policy must be active and not cancelled during redemption period.
  6. Redemption of Prizes:
    1. BRF will send an email for the redemption of the Gift (“Redemption Notification”) within four weeks from the end of Promotion Period to the electronic mailing address of the Eligible Individual which was provided to AIG at the point of purchase of the policy.
    2. Gifts  must be collected within 4 to 6 weeks after notification of redemption is sent.
    3. Once the Redemption Notifications are sent, Eligible Individuals will not be allowed to cancel their policies.
    4. The Gifts are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or kind. BRF reserves the right to replace the Gifts with other items of similar value without prior notice.
    5. All Prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions. BRF shall not be responsible for the quality or fitness for purpose or any other aspects of the Prizes.
  7. BRF reserves the right to void any entry or disqualify any participant at its sole discretion.
  8. By participating in the Promotion, you agree that any information collected or held by BRF may be used and disclosed by BRF, its associated individuals/companies or any independent third parties (within Singapore) to arrange for the redemption of the gift.
  9. BRF reserves the right to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice.
  10. BRF shall not be liable in any manner for any claims, losses, damages, liabilities or expenses arising out of or relating to, the Promotion or Gifts.
  11.  BRF’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be at its absolute discretion and shall be final and binding on all parties. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
  12. By participating in the Promotion, you hereby agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein.
